I've had a fine stay at excellent value. Everything here was nice and my room was well furnished. - the location was favorable and ideal, for example, Seaworld Theme Park was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. - This venue was in a pretty quiet area really close to restaurants, all the requisite sites, and all major highways and theme parks, shopping, and restaurants.

I like the breakfast, comfortable bed, able control air conditioning, extra amenities, the staff was very helpful and the place was cozy.

The internet service and the printing was not up to standards and there is only shuttle service to the parks once a day. Travelling ads up when going back and forth because taxis charge individual prices that really differ.

The staff was very helpful and curtious. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very pleasant. The pool area was very nice.

The breakfast wasn't that great and it was pretty much the same every morning (5 mornings to be exact.) They need a better variety of simple things like bagels, more cereals, yogurt, toaster waffles, for picky children (since this is the Sea World area there will always be lots of children staying there.) My only other complaint was the "free shuttle" that was only available 1/2 the time. This is not the hotels fault though, it is the independent shuttle service's fault.

This place is in a fantastic location, super close to Universal Studios, Disney, and Sea World, with Subway just a short 10-minute walk away.

Cleansing of tne room

The I drive stops in front of the hotel, close to seaworld and aquatica and the breakfast was good enough especially for the kids.the room was spacious.the batroom/toilet is small if you are with kids.the separate bedroom and kitchen area were good.

Great location, just a short 10-15 minute walk to a fun water park. the free breakfast was awesome, offering a wide variety of delicious food options 🍳.

Reception Manager was a great host during my stay, facilite the time been away from home.

The room was reasonably priced with comfortable beds, and I greatly enjoyed the wide array of good food, plus the magnificent location near the Convention Center.

The staff at the hotel were polite and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant. They went out of their way to ensure I had something to eat even when I arrived right before breakfast closed. The fitness center was a pleasant surprise with a great selection of free weights and cardio equipment. I was able to get a solid workout in during my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient. It was close to water parks, nice restaurants, and even fast food options if you needed something quick.

There were several negative aspects of my stay. This was quite inconvenient and should have been communicated beforehand.

Clean hotel, knowledgeable personnel, enjoyable breakfast. Favourable and unbeatable location in International Drive district just next door to the main bus route for town, sea world as well as shuttle service breakfast and water parks and nice restaurants. Also, on I-trolley path. The pool area is great too...

excellent quality/price. Space of the room, confort of beds, excellent location. No extra charges for parking, nor for the shuttle to Universal/sea world. Free wi-fi. Good personal (expecially the Pakistanese lady at reception). acceptable breakfast included in the price.
